Warwick New Year's Eve Rodeo

Camping Entry Details:

Entry is via Gate 4 along Palmerin Street, opening at 10am.

You will be directed to the designated camping area upon arrival.

There will be 3 designated camping areas; general public, caravans/motorhomes and competitors.

A camping armband will be provided with all purchased camping tickets, allowing you to move in and out of the camping area freely.

Special NYE Perk:

Camping includes a delicious New Year’s Day breakfast at the WSRS canteen!

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. No alcohol or illegal substances permitted.

2. Warwick Show and Rodeo Society will be strictly adhering to any Queensland Health Directives, current at the time of event.

3. No weapons, knives, scissors or chains.

4. No glass permitted in the showgrounds.

5. No fireworks/flares.

6. No professional cameras with detachable lenses allowed. (Approved Media Pass Holders excepted, apply via our secretary’s office)

7. Management reserves the right to check any bags or vehicles.

8. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.

9. Entry by valid membership cards/wristbands at Management’s discretion.

10. Unaccompanied minors under 12 years of age will not be admitted.

11. Dogs allowed only on a lead/chain under 1m in length. (Dogs are not permitted in restricted areas ( Geraghty Bar) or food courts.)

12. Smoking permitted in designated smoking areas only.

13. Tickets to this event are non-refundable

14. After the completion of the Rodeo the entertainment precinct will be 18+ only
