Rodeo Princess Entrants - 2016

Hi my name is Abbie Ebsworth.

I’m 13 years old. I have only been riding for 3 yrs, I started hacking under coach Shelley Callaghan and was very successful. I tried barrel racing and roping for fun and fell in love with rodeo. I brought myself a Tenesea PHAA horse for future training. I earned major rodeo sponsor this year from Killa Country Outfitters. I love to ride, my horses are my world.

Rodeo Queen Entrants - 2016

Ashleigh Grant Warwick Rodeo Queen Quest Entrant proudly sponsored by Thompson Longhorn.

Ashleigh Grant is a 23year old paralegal at Maxwell & Lancaster Solicitors. Though her work is in an office, Ashleigh has grown up on the land on her Family’s Cattle and Horse property.

Ashleigh has always had a passion for Horses  and the rural industry which led her to attend the Longreach Pastrol Colleague in 2011 where she completed a Certificate III in Equine Studies.

Since then she has actively Campdrafted around the Darling Downs and been successful on her gelding Blackjack. Ashleigh and Blackjack have also tried their hand at Barrel Racing and Working Cow Horse Challenges in the past 12months.

When Ashleigh isn’t Campdrafting, she has been actively involved with the Warwick Show and Rodeo Society, attending meetings, lending a hand over the month of October and managing the Social Media outlets.

Ashleigh says she entered the Warwick Rodeo Queen Quest to promote Australia’s Most Famous Rodeo from a different perspective, personal development and to become a role model to youth of Rodeo and Society.
